learning the camera doesn't make the photographer

As of late i became very discontent with my camera, my dad just bought a nikon d40 and it's a beautiful camera.I own a cannon EOS rebel XTI.
(for those of you who know cameras know that his is a crap ton better theen mine) but reasently I've been comparing our photos and altough he has the better camera my photos have been turning out better (not trying to brag) it's just shown me that you don't have to have the best camera to be a good photographer, but a good photographer can take good photos with any camera!

They fought a lot. But we in general had fun. The hay bales were the best fun. Shannon knew the owner, so we could borrow them.
